ICLESA
This is no place for tourists, for it is unwelcoming to those who are not a southern brethren. However, despite the harsh conditions in Le Sud, the city is not all grim. Its halls can be filled with warm fires and great songs. Unlike many of the other capital cities, Iclesa does not divide the middle and lower class, although the nobles do enjoy the sanction of living closer to the ice fortress.
