[/b] First off, let's use the golden rule. Basically, don't be rude or hateful towards other members unless you want the same treatment. If you do have problems with another member, please don't create a lot of drama in the Cbox or in threads. Just PM one of us and we'll try to help you sort out the issue.
2) You don't have to log in every day, but please try to be as active as possible. If you're going to be gone for an extended period of time, let us know ahead of time. Also, if you log on regularly but never do anything, you will be contacted by an admin and your account will be at risk of being deleted.
3) If you create an account and don't post up an app - completed or WIP - within five days, your account will be deleted. If you start an application but do not sign on and finish it within seven, your application will be filed as dead and your account will be deleted.
4) There is no word limit; however, we will be watching to make sure people are making decent-length posts. If somebody consistently write posts one-liners an admin will PM them regarding this issue.
5) Use the best grammar and spelling you can manage. Use spell check, or even have a friend look over a post for you. Also be sure to avoid using smilies or chat speak unless it's OOC.
6) Each member is limited to having four characters. If you happen to reach this quota and maintain a high level of activity with each one, the admins may allow you to have more.
7) To keep things neat, please create a separate account for each of your characters, unless you play a set of twins.
8) In your profile we would like you to set your display name to your character's first and then last name in all caps. ie: HARRY POTTER.
9) Do not make characters that are flawless. Everyone has negative aspects, so don't try to make a perfect character. They will not be accepted. However, also avoid making characters that are overly tragic. Try to find some sort of balance in order to make your character more realistic.
10) No power-playing/god-modding. You have control over your characters, but not over those that belong to others.
11) Roleplay may not begin until your character has been accepted. It's fine if you're posting an introduction or a question about the site, but no posting in the games (unless they are out of character), plot pages, or threads until then.
12) If an admin doesn't respond to your application within two days feel free to drop one of us a PM or say something in the Cbox. However, please don't hassle us every two seconds to accept you; we might just ignore you.
13) This site uses anime, manga, & video game face claims only. Check to make sure your face claim is not already in use before trying to create a character with the same face claim. This is only permitted if you're creating a twin/triplet/etc.
14) Cursing is fine, but only in mild doses. No dropping the f-bomb every other sentence. No derogatory terms shall be permitted, in or out of character. Also, no explicit sex scenes: use the 'fade-to-black' method, or take it somewhere private if you wish to take things further.
